Every Sunday morning, the Zen Center of NYC hosts a beginners training session for those interested in learning Zazen. I've been interested in attending for a while, and since this falls under the umbrella of Conciousness Expansion, I'm going to throw it up there for all.
I'm going to limit the attendence to 5. Should interest exceed this number, I'll find out how many the Temple can accomidate.
Additionally, the $5.00 attendence fee is for a donation to the Temple, which all attendees will give directly to the temple.

The Zazen will go from 9:15 - 12:30, so it's not for the ADD addled.
